L. 145-48, al. 1).<\/p>\n<p>Toute clause contraire serait r\u00e9put\u00e9e non \u00e9crite (c. com. art. L. 145-15).<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit, dans le cadre de cette proc\u00e9dure, de transformer totalement la nature du fonds exploit\u00e9 dans les lieux, et non pas seulement d\u2019adjoindre au commerce initial une activit\u00e9 connexe. D\u00e8s lors, les conditions sont beaucoup plus strictes que pour une d\u00e9sp\u00e9cialisation partielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9part en retraite<\/strong>. Une d\u00e9sp\u00e9cialisation sp\u00e9cifique est attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la cession du bail lors d\u2019un d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite (voir d\u00e9tail dans notre ouvrage).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centre commercial<\/strong>.
